Emine Ibrahim, of Turkish Cypriot origin, is a Labour Party councillor on Haringey Council.[1]

On 27 October 2021, left-winger Emine Ibrahim was elected Chair of the Labour Party National Constitutional Committee despite the right’s efforts to gerrymandering-by-suspension.[2] She tweeted:

Member discipline and conduct must ensure the public trust us to hold public office and be the strongest we can in making our case to the electorate.[3]
