SubscribeStar a payment/subscription system that operates on a monthly registration basis.[1][2] It is an alternative to Patreon and favors a free speech approach, for which it has been banned from PayPal.[3][4] SubscribeStar is incorporated domestically in Wyoming,[5] but reporting from The Daily Beast and the Financial Times says the platform is a Russian endeavor.[6][7]
