Saïd Kouachi was, together with his brother, Chérif Kouachi, the alleged perpetrator of the Charlie Hebdo event. They were both shot dead on 9 January 2015, preventing any legal investigation into their guilt or innocence of the crime.

It is telling that neither Saïd Kouachi nor his brother Chérif Kouachi has his own page on Wikipedia.
