Captain Joseph Walker-Cousins was a senior fellow of the Institute for Statecraft.[1] He appears under Saudi Arabia in the xcountry document.[2]
Activities
Joseph Walker-Cousins was stabilisation adviser to the UK's special envoy in Benghazi from 2011 to 2012 and head of the British Embassy Office in Benghazi from 2012-2014.[3]
In 2015 magistrates disqualified him from driving for 18 months.[4]
In 2017 he spoke to the House of Lords' Select Committee on the European Union.[5]
