Richard James Ashworth (born 17 September 1947, Folkestone) is a British MEP for South East from Conservative and Unionist Party.

I have two service provider contracts: one with my accountant who acts as my paying agent for PAYE, NIC, pension contributions and other deductions for my office staff and one with my press officer.[2]
