Michael Meese is a retired U.S. Army brigadier general and the chief operating officer and secretary of the American Armed Forces Mutual Aid Association (AAFMAA). He is the son of Edwin Meese[1].
Meese was a member of Donald Trump's presidential transition team, a group of advisors tasked with recommending presidential appointments for the incoming administration.[2].
