This article is mostly a copy/paste from a 2019 P. Giraldi article .. so it does not read like wiki text, but opinion. Patrick do you see an option to move the text into a document? Don't think we can keep it like this. Wanted to add some since he might be Secretary of State, but as it is, the text would have to be cut at some point. -- Sunvalley (talk) 18:26, 12 November 2024 (UTC)
