2022 Tiverton and Honiton by-election

The 2022 Tiverton and Honiton by-election will be held on 23 June 2022. It was triggered by the resignation of Tory Member of Parliament (MP) Neil Parish resigned on 4 May 2022 following his admission to accusations that he viewed pornography on his mobile phone in the House of Commons chamber.[1]
Candidates
- Helen Hurford, the Deputy Mayor of Honiton, was selected as the Conservative candidate in an all women shortlist[2]
- Liz Pole, Chair of the CLP and the 2019 candidate[3]
