Similar to Hate crime
Non-crime hate incidents are recorded by the British Police. The police spend time investigating "non-crimes" at the expense of serious violent crime.
Harry Miller was questioned by police in January 2020 after tweeting that biological sex was innate. It was recorded on a national database as a NCHI.[1]
In December 2021, he won his legal challenge. "Being offensive is not, cannot and should not be an offence," he said.[2]
