Mary Caitrin Mahoney was a "former White House intern was murdered July 1997 at a Starbucks Coffee Shop in Georgetown .. The murder …happened just after she was to go public with her story of sexual harassment in the White House."
Death
Mary Mahoney was shot along with 2 other people reportedly "because she refused to give him the keys to a safe that held more than $10,000 in cash." The cash was not taken, but Mahoney was shot dead.[1]
