China Ocean Shipping (Group) Company (Chinese: 中国远洋运输（集团）总公司), known as COSCO or COSCO Group, is a Chinese shipping and logistics services supplier company.[1] It is a government-owned company of the People's Republic of China.
Mark Lombardi studied the interrelations of Bill Clinton, the Lippo Group, and COSCO.
In 1998 Joseph Farah referred to COSCO as "a front for the People’s Liberation Army and Beijing’s intelligence arm".[2]
