	The first impression given by the Wikipedia page is defined by the photograph on the right and its accompanying caption information, i.e. that Khadr is a 24 year old, convicted war criminal and terrorist, and alleged al-Qaeda member, omitting such matters as: His being 15 years old when his 'offences' took place His abominable torture and mistreatment over 8 years of mostly solitary confinement The 'plea-bargain' that offered him freedom in a few years if he pleaded guilty; or incarceration for life if he did not The nature of the 'legal process' that prosecuted the alleged offences The assumption that US soldiers can legally go abroad and ambush Khadr's uncle and others, but that returning fire was illegal
