According to several sources the UN Terrorism branch - UN Action to Counter Terrorism - maintain a UN Roster of Experts on Terrorism. There appears to be no list of the members of the roster on the UN website but the counter terrorism strategy passed in late 2006 mention that 'We also encourage the Secretary-General to update the roster of experts and laboratories,'[1]
