Dr Igor Sutyagin is a Russian who in 2004 was imprisoned on grounds of spying. He was released in 2010 after a spy swap. He was exposed as a member of the Integrity Initiative's Inner Core cluster.
Activities
The Guardian Sutyagin was reportedly paid $100,000 by MI6.[1]
He worked for RUSI until at least 2018.
