The Canada-Israel Committee (CIC) is reported to be the leading pro-Israel lobby in Canada. Every 2 years it hosts a Parliamentary dinner in Ottawa for between 1,200 and 2,000 guests. It also 'sponsors missions to Israel for politicians, business leaders and other VIPs'[1].
