Chester E. Finn Jr. is the Secretary and Treasurer of the Philanthropy Roundtable.[1]
Finn is a former legislative director in the office of Daniel Patrick Moynihan.[2]
Jacob Heilbrunn states that following Moynihan's election in 1976:
