This is mostly a duplication of Form:Document, which complicates maintenance; this may be broken/not quite as documented for a while. At some stage it should be remerged with the code it was copy/pasted from, either by some sort of "include" structure or perhaps as a single document with a short section to handle different behaviours needed for File/Document. What are the different behaviours required, BTW:)?... "File" has an upload field, "Document" does not? Robin (talk) 03:29, 30 July 2014 (IST)

To Do

 • Make the current 'local' field default to the value of the file if it already exists. Also change the label and experiment with feasibility of using the form as the principal means of uploading document-type files.
 • Create a separate tab for editing Image-type file information and change labels and help tab contents accordingly
