This template is for websites.
The blue parameter not be marked up at all; they should be Wikispooks page names (whether or not the page yet exists).
Usage:

|URL=the web address
|Started= when it began
|Summary= description of the site
|Owner=The name of the owner. For a pseudonym, use single quotes. If anonymous, use Unknown
OPTIONAL DETAILS:
|Image=
|Slogan=Site tagline
|ImageWidth= How many px wide to display the image (defaults to the image size)
|OwnerDetail=Short note about the owner
|Owner2... |Owner2Detail... = For more owners
|OwnWords=What the site has to say about itself
|OriginalLanguage=Language name for non-English websites
|Wikipedia=address of the Wikipedia article
