Charmian Penelope Gooch is a British anti-corruption campaigner and activist. She is a co-founder and board member of the NGO Global Witness, where she works to uncover and fight corruption in the developing world, noticably in countries where Western regime changes are in progress.[1][2] This focus might be explained by that Global Witness is sponsored by George Soros and the National Endowment for Democracy.[3]
