As chief of the Watergate Task Force of the Watergate Special Prosecutor's Office, (1973–1975), Ben-Veniste "played a crucial role in the successful fight to secure the secret Richard Nixon White House tapes."[1]

1980s

Ben-Veniste represented both Barry Seal and Bill Clinton in the early 1980s.[1]
