documenting a known issue

This is not working properly when multiple sections of docs are present. See, for example, John Pilger. I reckon carriage returns/<br/>s are involved, since I created this issue when editing it to remove excess whitespace. Previously, the section headings appeared properly, but so did a lot of redundant whitespace. Nevertheless I'm puzzled as to why this is. Input most welcome! Putting each on the constituent templates on a new line seems to have fixed the John Pilger page. I recall the same display issue occurring on another page whose name I forget. There were two x display templates on it and they were side-by-side on the same line. Putting them on separate lines fixed it too. --Peter P (talk) 07:17, 2 February 2014 (GMT)

Still not fixed. The choice is currently either
  1. No whitespace but deficient headings (John_Pilger#References); or
  2. Headings OK but extra whitespace
