Dresser Industries was a manufacturer of industrial and construction equipment, and provider of oilfield drilling and other industrial services.
Ownership
The group acquired M. W. Kellogg in 1988, which was later merged into Kellogg, Brown and Root. In 1998 it was merged into Halliburton.
