Parent organization | Mossad |
Tevel is the Mossad's Political Action and Foreign Liaison department.
Jane's describes its role as follows:
- Tevel, traditionally considered the 'white collar' element of Mossad, has become increasingly important in recent years. "In a world of global terrorism, no single agency can effectively act alone," said another intelligence source. "Most of the world had realised that international co-operation is crucial in the fight against 'global jihad' and so the significance of Tevel is growing."[1]
