The Times reported at the time: 'The board of this new Control Risks Group's subsidiary will be: Mr Arish Turle (chairman), Mr Roger Mears (managing director), Mr William Overholt (US), Mr John Eckersley, Mr Christopher Grose, Dr Peter Janke, Mr Michael Martin, Mr Hans Neubroch and Sir Clive Rose.'[1]
