This entry upgrade is based - overly - on Wikipedia. I haven't been following all the ins and outs of the case, but the whole Skripal Affair on Wikispooks is very messy. There is a ton of good points out there (Murray, Syria Propaganda Observatory etc,) that will need to be incorporated, without making the whole thing too long (i.e. unreadable). -- Terje
