Not to be confused with the (later, and seemingly different) Expert Advisory Panel.

The Club of Madrid's Advisory Committee "is a permanent advisory body to the Board of Directors and the General Assembly of the Club of Madrid. The members of the Advisory Committee participate in the General Assembly but are not entitled to vote; they may be called to attend meetings of the Board of Directors whenever their expert opinion is required."[1]
