This template is for wikipedia: pages, for normal Wikispooks pages use template:WPMissing.
This template makes a short set of icons which explain the main problems with the corresponding wikipedia page. Unlike the other WP templates, it is possible to flag multiple problems. Use the following parameters:

None of these problems creates any text, so using |details= to customise the text is recommended. For example:
