Andrew Gilligan (born 22 November 1968) is a British journalist and radio presenter.[1]

In 2003, Gilligan produced a report on BBC Radio 4's The Today Programme in which he said a British government briefing paper on Iraq's alleged WMD had been 'sexed up' (the Dodgy Dossier).[2]

Gilligan was awarded Journalist of the Year in 2008 for his investigative reports about Ken Livingstone.[3]

In 2013, Boris Johnson appointed Andrew Gilligan London's Cycling Commissioner.[4]
