This template creates a section listing the unknown participants of {{PAGENAME}}, i.e. those with no page yet. It has no parameters.
If the page name has any unknown participants, it makes a section:

Plus a table of the unknown participant(s) underneath 269 of the 2068 participants have pages. They are listed below in the Known Patricipants section
