Aine Davis (born 11 February 1984), also known as Jihadi Paul, is a British convert to Islam, who was convicted, in a Turkish court, of being a member of a terrorist group nicknamed the 'Beatles', while serving as a fighter for IS.

On 10 August 2022, Aine Davis had just returned from Turkey, where he had served seven and a half years for terrorism offences. He was arrested by the Met Police at Luton Airport and appeared at Westminster Magistrates' Court on 11 August, charged with offences including possession of a firearm for a purpose connected with terrorism and funding terrorism.[1]

On 2 September 2022, Aine Davis appeared at the Old Bailey for a pre-trial hearing,[2] and was told he is to face trial on terror funding charges in February 2023.[3]
