Bogdan Tsyganenko (alternative spelling Bogdan Ciganenko) is, according to the Russian FSB, another member of the Ukrainian sabotage group that organised the murder of Russian journalist Darya Dugina on 20 August 2022.[1]
The FSB says: Bogdan Tsyganenko arrived in Russia from Estonia at the end of July 2022. It was he who prepared the cover for the killer, provided Natalya Vovk with documents, as well as fake licence plates. In addition, he, along with Vovk, took part in the creation of an improvised explosive device. Tsyganenko left Russia the day before Dugina's murder, leaving for Estonia:
"It has been established that the murder of Dugina was prepared in Moscow by another member of the Ukrainian sabotage and terrorist group together with Vovk, a citizen of Ukraine Bogdan Petrovich Tsyganenko, born in 1978, who arrived in Russia in transit through Estonia on 30 July 2022 and left the territory of Russia the day before the explosion in which Darya Dugina was killed.[2]
