This video with the title: "What's wrong with people with power MK Ultra",[1] wants the audience to believe that George W. Bush had a minute long stutter due to a mental condition, couldn't find words and finally left the room. The full video at C-Span however shows that Bush held a ~45 min press conference.[2]
