Welcome to Wikispooks!

We're glad you came. There's lots to do.
The Community portal is probably the best place to start for new users. To add a Wikispooks search facility to your browser, go here. If you've got a topic you're itching to write about, just dive in. If you're not sure where to start, you can introduce yourself by editing either this page or your user page. Few hints on style

Hi there, Joe. It's encouraging to see you getting stuck in.

  • Lead paragraphs should generally be a short overview devoid of intricate detail.
  • Sections and sub-sections are provided the table of contents. I've just added a few sections so you can see how it looks.
  • I downgraded the ALL CAPS since this is only rarely used (see Wikispooks:Style_Guide#Emphasis).
  • Making links to not yet existing pages - e.g. decryption - is fine as long as they are topics likely to be worthy of their own page.

If I focus on the negative, forgive me, but that is the easiest way to improve :-) --Robin (talk) 14:07, 7 August 2016 (IST)

Advice for simpler editing

Note that there's no need to manually enter either your name or the date when you edit a page. Just describe the change. One look at Special:RecentChanges will show you that the username and date of all changes are recorded automatically. Since this is a Talk page I'm going to sign off with 4 tildes (which puts my name and the date). On normal pages, no signature is expected. -- Robin (talk) 16:05, 11 August 2016 (IST)
