Charles Radford was a US Navy stenographer assigned to US Secretary of State Henry Kissinger. He confesses that for over a year he has rifled through burn bags, interoffice envelopes, and inside Kissinger’s personal briefcase, to collect documents which he had copied and passed by the thousands to his Pentagon bosses.
