This is the symbol Q wore on his head ^[3][4] while first appearing on the bridge of the Enterprise in a Uniform (as is later learned) of a soldier in a court of the mid-21stcentury, the post nuclear war horrors as Picard explains it. In that court Q reappears in another dress, other soldiers have the same uniform but not that symbol.

Star Trek itself being the most influential sci-fi series of all time.^[5]
