'Document Provenance' information. The template should be the first item on Document pages. See also template:FileProv

Usage:

|Source=Link to the original copy (If omitted, the document is assigned to the Category:Unsourced Documents)
|Local=Address of the wikispooks copy - not a link (It will automatically show as a link if a page exists)
|Author=Just the name of the author - not a link (It will automatically show as a link if a page exists)
OPTIONAL SECTIONS:
|Recipient=For emails, letters etc. - not a link (It will automatically show as a link if a page exists)
