Radio Peace and Progress?

I'm looking but not finding a programme called Peace and Progress from Israeli Radio, although there was a Soviet radio station for external broadcasts called Peace and Progress, see:

Perhaps Peace and Progress is better known under its Hebrew name? Is it part of Israeli National Radio? Israeli Army Radio? Is it even remotely possible it was a Soviet broadcast in Hebrew? Quite curious. Hr 16:39, 10 August 2010 (IST)
