Leadership Programme which "cultivates the leaders of tomorrow". Founded by deep state actor George Weidenfeld.

The Weidenfeld-Hoffmann Scholarships and Leadership Programme “cultivates the leaders of tomorrow by providing outstanding university graduates and professionals from developing and emerging economies with the opportunity to pursue fully-funded graduate studies at the University of Oxford, combined with a comprehensive programme of leadership development, long-term mentoring and networking.” [1]

It was founded by the deep state actor George Weidenfeld and given additional funding in 2017 by the Swiss billionaire pharma heir André Hoffmann.

“The Leadership Programme is the unique feature of the Weidenfeld-Hoffmann Scholarships...it prepares Scholars - intellectually, professionally and practically - to take on leadership positions in their chosen fields. Over the course of a year Scholars gain the knowledge, skills and networks to contribute to public life in their countries and regions of origin and to build lasting professional links across cultures and continents.”
