Motoo Shiina was a Japanese politician , businessman, and physicist. He was a powerful member of the ruling Liberal Democratic Party.[1]
In addition to serving as Director of the Liberal Democratic Party's International Affairs Bureau, he had many acquaintances in the American political world, such as former Deputy Secretary of State Richard Armitage and former Senator Bill Bradley, and Prime Minister Yasuhiro Nakasone and Ronald Reagan.
