Ahmed Jibril, uncle of Abu Elias

Abu Elias is the nom de guerre of the nephew of Ahmed Jibril, founder and leader of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine–General Command.[1]

Identified originally as Khaisar Haddad and in 2009 as Basel Bushnaq, Abu Elias is accused of constructing and planting the IED that destroyed Pan Am Flight 103 over Lockerbie in Scotland on 21 December 1988.[2]
