Larry Devlin was a CIA Case officer who spent 10 years in the Congo as a CIA Case Officer and as Station Chief in Laos. Larry left the CIA for the private sector in 1974. Larry was directly involved in the Congolese Rebellion and worked directly with CIA assets in the Congo.
