Project SUN STREAK was a United States government Defense Intelligence Agency psychoenergetics program using remote viewing and remote action. Remote viewing is the abilty to describe remote areas or concealed data via mental processes. Remote action is the ability to influence phsycial or biological systems.

The Grill Frame report concluded these facts. Remote viewing is a real phenomenon and is not degraded by distance or shielding. Remote viewing can be improved by the right trinaing. Remote viewing has the potential for intelligence applications as well as a threat to US national security.
