Problems
Bubbles and hysteria can in fact be created or fostered by investors big enough to buy public relations campaigns or by those with insider information. The effectiveness of artificial hysteria can be estimated by statistical calculations[citation needed] ("Why stock markets crash").
The 2008-9 financial "crisis" was used to blackmail governments into "bailouts".
