Issues thrown up creating this page

  1. Creating a page using form:Document throws an error Unexpected non-MediaWiki exception encountered, of type "Exception". Must be connected with upgrade. I'll look into it. Existing pages can still be edited with the form as can this one now it has been created.
  2. Using the comma-delimited subject list results in the page being added to Category:Subjectless Documents + Comma-delimited list not on form yet (thought I'd give it a try anyway :-))
  3. Description was being appended to the 'Wikispooks comment' - I've tweeked 'DocProv to move it. --Peter P (talk) 15:28, 1 January 2014 (GMT)
