This is a general purpose bot for upgrades to the data, especially so that it is in a format predictable enough to work well with SMW.

Document Namespace:
- Standardising doctypes
- Standardising dates
- Replacing "source" with |SourceURL, |SourceName, |SourceDetails
IDEAS
This is for as yet poorly defined general ideas
- Could be used to read and process the semantic data, e.g.
- To build pages (e.g. the coverpage)
- To circumvent limitations in existing extensions
- Could crawl existing pages looking for anomalies
- Document: pages without Template:DocProv
