Template to facilitate placing a fairly free-form floating text box on the right hand side of the page. The box has shaded header and footer boxes. It is an 'Include only' template whose contents can be edited when placed in a page.
Note: The template is of use only with the '{{Subst:BoxRH}}' statement. This will transfer the contents of the template to the page when it is saved, such that it can then be addited as an integral part of the page.
