SATS - Thanks for that. Some good stuff there. I haven't time right now but it might be best that it be moved to the "Document" namespace sometime; if only because that will give it the status of a reproduced external document that should not be edited. As it is it is part of your personal information. It also needs categorising and some links to other pages (already existing or not) so that it does not sink into obscurity as an unfindable orphan. I'll get around to it and any comments welcome. --[[User:Peter|Peter P]] 13:26, 18 November 2010 (UTC) | SATS - Thanks for that. Some good stuff there. − | Peter - Thanks for the help. I am new to this and still learning. I went into the Category tree and then into Deep Politics Theory then accessed my page from there. I thought my article would be linked back there but I was mistaken. Still not sure where I went wrong or what I should have done but I am sure I will eventually sort it out. Any simple Idiot guide would be welcome.--[[User:SATS|SATS]] 20:10, 18 November 2010 (UTC) | + | :Peter - Thanks for the help. I am new to this and still learning. SATS - Thanks for that. Some good stuff there. - The Category Tree is a work in progress and far from ideal. Categories are not assigned automatically. You have to enter them manually; best place is at the end of an article but they can be put anywhere. Edit any document to see how then select cancel. The "Document" namespace is reserved for external essays/articles etc that do not fit the regular encyclopedia format. They are always credited and linked to the author. To put an item in the document namespace, simply precede its title with "Document:" I'll move yours shortly and you can have a look see what I've done. Also, notice the indents here - helps to follow a discussion. New topic denoted by a title. I'm considering installing 'liquid threads' extension to make discussions more intuitive but not enough traffic yet. There's quite a lot of help under the Left hand Help menu item. BTW welcome. --Peter P 20:30, 18 November 2010 (UTC)
