'Document Provenance' information. The template should be the first item on Document pages. See also template:FileProv
Usage:

|DocType=A {report, article, essay, paper, chapter, letter, memo etc.}
|Source=Link to the original copy (If omitted, the document is assigned to the Category:Unsourced Documents)
|Local=Address of the wikispooks copy - not a link (It will automatically show as a link if a page exists)
|Author=Just the name of the author - not a link (It will automatically show as a link if a page exists)
OPTIONAL SECTIONS:
|Recipient=For emails, letters etc. - not a link (It will automatically show as a link if a page exists)
|AuthorsNote= Author's Note subsection
|Note=
|Comment= Wikispooks Comment subsection about why this is relevant (Recommended)
|Image=
|SeeAlso= See Also subsection (Use for related pages which cannot be linked in from the text)
