Will Rothschild (William de Rothschild) was reported to be a reclusive member of the Rothschild family at the time of his death on 27th November 2024, in a fire in his Laurel Canyon home.[1] He actually was born William Kauffman and changed his name to de Rothschild in 1985.[2][3] He was described to be in his 70s or 80s and as private man who was rarely seen leaving the home, but was known to keep dozens of expensive cars on the property.[4][5][6]
