Matthias Desmet points out that he used the term "Mass formation", not "Mass formation psychosis".[1] Keep the article as is, or move "Mass formation"? (says it very early on in the conversation) -- Sunvalley (talk) 23:01, 14 January 2022 (UTC)
- The concept is very similar to Gustave le Bon's Mass hypnosis with reduced peripheral awareness and vastly increased suggestibility... I would go with Mass formation and skip the psychosis, as I remember Desmet used the term even back in 2020.
